For those of you who want to improve your riding skills and learn new, interesting and useful things, our team offers individual and group training.
The courses are held in partnership with our friends from Bike Ventures and MTB-BG and are led by experienced and qualified instructors and guides in mountain biking.
As most of the trails in our area are more technical, difficult and challenging, we recommend training for people with a little more riding experience.
When forming the groups, the participants are divided according to their level of riding, and we strive for the number of trainees per instructor not to exceed 6 people.
Each participant receives individual guidance and works according to his needs and desires for improvement, so we guarantee that the training will be as effective and useful as possible.
The main techniques and skills that are worked on during the trainings are:
Proper posture and body position when descending and ascending
Techniques for balancing, stopping, speed control
Types of turns and techniques of control and steering of the wheel in different turns
Techniques for maintaining high speed, terrain use and line selection
Obstacle control - drops and jumps, roots, stone sections
Skills for riding on steeper, rocky and crumbly terrain
Also, everyone can get help and advice on setting up their bike, recommendations for choosing parts and equipment, as well as advice on training and conditioning exercises.
